just passing by
that’s a pretty awesome title, dont you think?
Well, haven’t been online or blogging in quite a while and even less reading of others’ blogs. Someone asked why I haven’t been online and haha, very truthfully, I think it’s cos once I do get online, this torrent load of people remind me of work work and work. Went around reading some blogs, some were emo, some were happy, some were mysterious, some were reflective, and well, reading them somehow just brought some smiles to my face. It’s like watching your friends grow up. Getting that satisfaction that people around you are getting along with their lives, trudging through the thick and thin, working their ways. It’s just gratifying.
Friends go in and out of your life, just passing by, weaving in and out of your life, leaving their impact yet not really staying with you. I suppose what matters is not how long they stay but how much difference they made. So what difference would you make to the guy next door? or the classmate you’re seeing tomorrow? or the batchmate you bump into along the corridors? or the friends you meet up with? Actually, it doesn’t matter much.
We are all just passing by anyway.
o: that’s so emo i think. Among all the people around you now, how many will you keep in contact with? Look back at those previous friends and half it, you should get it. I think it just keeps getting tougher as we go on. And doing it alone makes it doubly hard.
Ah well.
Was flipping through my childhood photos, and wow I was some monkey. But I must admit, I did look quite cute. HAHA.

I didn’t recognize myself. Especially when unpleasant memories come back (there was this pic of a neighbour back in indonesia, and I remember I was so pissed off with his taunting I grabbed a knife and ran after him…)

You’re not emo, but you get emo when people think you’re emo… If you do that then those who think you’re emo will think they’re correct, and continue thinking you’re emo, which will make you more emo. If you don’t want to be emo then shouldn’t you not be emo when others think you are? Then they would think otherwise, and you won’t be emo anymore? Unless you are…
